Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered and your location in Canada. Generally, please allow 6 to 15 business days after your order is confirmed. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped.

Refund Policy — Bellys

At Bellys, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Here are our clear and transparent refund conditions.

✅ Conditions for accepting a refund:

• The product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• The product received does not match the description on our website.

• The product received is different from the one ordered.

• The package arrived open or incomplete.

🚫 Conditions for non-refund:

• The product has been used, washed or cleaned by the customer.

• The product has been modified, cut or altered in any way.

• The product has been over-filled, overloaded, or misused.

• The product has suffered damage caused by an animal (chewed, scratched, etc.).

• The product has suffered damage caused by the customer (drop, accident, mishandling).

• The product was exposed to water when it is not designed for that.

• The product has been stained or soiled by the customer.

• The included accessories or parts have been lost by the customer.

• The request is made more than 14 days after receipt.

• The customer simply changed their mind without a valid reason. • The original packaging was discarded or damaged by the customer.

📋 Refund procedure:

1. Contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Enter your order number.

3. Attach clear photos of the defective or non-conforming product.

4. Our team will analyze your request within 2 to 3 business days.

5. If your request is accepted, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 days.

Bellys' refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In accordance with applicable Canadian law, you still benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, regardless of our internal policy. Nothing in this policy can limit or waive your statutory consumer rights.

Bellys reserves the right to refuse any refund if the above conditions are not met. Any attempt at fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation of evidence will be automatically rejected and reported.
